Classroom Services

Portland Street Child Development Center offers several levels of comprehensive care combined with flexible hours to meet the needs of our diverse group of clients. In order to meet your child’s need and positively influence their experience, we divide children into specific groups based on their age and abilities. This allows for activities that promote the emotional, social and educational needs of your child. The groups are:

Infants
Wobblers
Toddlers
Preschool
Pre-K
Kindergarten
Latchkey

In addition to full time enrollment, we offer several different part-time blocks with reduced rates to suit your specific needs. 
The specific time blocks are: MWF full days; TuTh full days; Mornings (7am - 1pm); and Afternoons (1pm - 6pm)

Meals

Wholesome meals are provided along with nutritious snacks during the day. These are all prepared fresh in our onsite kitchen. Please let us know if your child has any special needs or is allergic to any food.

Note: Due to the hazards of choking, peanut butter will not be served to any child under 2 years old. We are a USDA facility.
